2. Enquiries and bookings
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, area of interest and message, with optional company and telephone details. These details are used to assess and respond to your enquiry. The form sends an email to paralegal@v24.vc. If you choose to book a call, Google Calendar collects the booking details on its own website. Please avoid sending confidential invention details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
3. Website security
The hosting service processes request information, including network addresses, for delivery, logging and security. The contact form uses a short-lived rate-limit record derived from the network address to reduce abuse. The site does not embed advertising or analytics scripts. External services you choose to visit may use cookies under their own notices.
4. How and why we use data
We process enquiries to take steps you request before an engagement, and for our legitimate interests in answering business correspondence and managing relationships. Website security processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Client work is also subject to the agreed engagement and relevant legal or professional obligations. The enquiry checkbox confirms that we may respond; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
5. Service providers and recipients
Our website hosting and mail-delivery services process form submissions, and Google Workspace is used for V24 email. Google Calendar provides the linked booking service. Appropriate V24 personnel and advisers may receive information needed to deal with your enquiry or engagement. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. 6. International processing
Service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. The location and protections depend on the service and applicable arrangements.
