1. Request deletion
You may request deletion of personal data held by V24 by emailing vishal@v24.vc with enough information to identify the relevant records.
2. Verification
V24 may need to verify your identity before acting on a deletion request, especially where professional, legal, or client records are involved.
3. Limitations
Some data may need to be retained where required for legal obligations, professional duties, dispute handling, accounting, security, or legitimate business records.
4. Response timing
V24 will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period and in line with applicable data protection requirements.
